Faculty Jobs by Term

Faculty Jobs by Term is available in the Faculty Load and Compensation Module to summarize a list of all Faculty Jobs by Term, Instructor and/or Job FTE. The Faculty Workload by Term Summary report links to this report in a scenario where there are multiple jobs for a person/position/suffix/job type per term. The Faculty Workload by Term report will always show the first job of a specific position/suffix/job type per term, but in some unusual circumstances one person may have a job change within the term.

Intended purpose is for Registrars, Department Chairs, Deans to determine what FTE has been assigned to a faculty member from the "job" perspective.

Note: This report does contain information from HR, so as you determine appropriate security, make sure to look at the contents of the report.

To locate the Faculty Jobs by Term report, under the Faculty Menu, select Faculty Jobs by Term, then select one or more Filter Options to run the report:

The Faculty Jobs by Term report will list, by Term and by Faculty (Employee) Id, all Jobs by Department, Job Class, Position and more.

At any point, you can drill down on the Faculty ID field to review the Faculty Workload List by Term report for that instructor and term combination.
