With dynamic columns, you can adjust the width of a column or change the column sort order.
Adjust the column width:
Using the mouse, point to the right side of the column, if needed move it up or down until it becomes a .
Drag the column edge to increase or decrease the column width.
Changing the column position within the report:
Using the mouse, point to the title of the column; when it becomes a , click and hold.
When you move the mouse, the arrow indicator opens to the left, a transparent pop-up of the title opens, and you can now drag and drop the column into another position within the report.
Using the mouse, drag the indicator to where you want the column moved.
Changing the column position using Advanced Options:
Click on the Advanced Options tab
In the Grid section, select the name of the column you would like to move by clicking on it. If you would like to move more than one column at a time, hold down the Ctrl key and click the column titles you would like to move.
Simply drag and drop the column titles where you would like them to appear.
Click Execute Report and the columns will be organized in your preferred order.
Highlighting the column for ease of use:
By clicking on the Row # in the first column of the report, the entire row will highlight in blue. This allows for ease of use and the ability to scroll through the line item without losing your place. By clicking the Row # again, the highlighted row will be removed.
