The Contact Status Summary page, generally intended as an admin-level function, allows users with the appropriate permissions and pool access to review contact status for various individuals on campus. These could be students or employees, but they are all managed through the Contact Status Summary page.
From the Administration Menu in any FAST application, select Administration -> Communication -> Contact Status Summary and enter one or more (optional) Filter Options to execute the report. Leaving the Filter Options blank (except for the Application field), will generate a list of all active record types (Employee and Student) in the current FAST schema you're working in, and include the following detail:
Record Type: Is this an Employee or Student record? In some cases, a single person may have both a Student and Employee record type. This relates to circumstances where the selected Mobile number is different on these two record types in your ERP.
ID: This is linked to the Employee and/or Student ID field in your ERP
Full Name: This is the Employee and/or Student name linked to the ID
Type: Email or SMS
Contact Info: Email or SMS text
Status Description: "None" indicates no detail is available for that contact type, while Valid means that there is a current record on file
Additional Info: click or hover over the additional info text box to review any detail on this student or employee record
SMS Pool Restrictions: this allows you to generate or update Pool Restrictions using the SMS Pool Restrictions data entry page. A Red + indicates that restrictions currently exist; a Green + indicates that no restrictions currently exist. In either case, click on the + to drill down to the record (allowing you to update or remove the restrictions).
