Adding, editing, or deleting Faculty Codes

The Early Alert Faculty table displays those faculty members who can send Early Alert e-mail messages.

Required roles:

To edit the table tblEarlyAlertFaculty you must have the ADMINS role or the EARLYALERT_ADMIN role.

To open the Early Alert Faculty form:

  1. On the Administration menu, click Early Alert Faculty.

  2. Continue with one of the sections below.

To add a faculty code:

  1. Click i_plusequals.gif.

  2. In the Faculty Code box type a Faculty Code not already used.

  3. In the Faculty Description type a description of the Faculty Code.

  4. Click Save Save to save, or
    Save Changes, Add New Save changes, Add New to save and add a new Faculty Code, or
    Exit Exit, without saving changes to cancel the changes.

To edit a faculty code:

  1. Click edit Click to edit a cancellation reason.

  2. You can change the Faculty Code.  You may not enter a Faculty Code already listed.

  3. You can change the Faculty Description.

  4. Click Save Save to save, or
    Save Changes, Add New Save changes, Add New to save and add a new Faculty Code, or
    Exit Exit, without saving changes to cancel the changes.

To delete a faculty code:

  1. Find the faculty code in the grid you want to delete and click Delete the cancellation reason.
