The Early Alert Faculty Members table displays information about faculty members who can send Early Alert e-mail messages.
Required roles:
To edit the table tblEarlyAlertFacMembers you must have the ADMINS role or the EARLYALERT_ADMIN role.
To open the Early Alert Faculty Members form:
On the Administration menu, click Early Alert Faculty Members.
Continue with one of the sections below.
To add a faculty member:
Click .
In the Member ID box type the employee ID of the faculty member, or click the Search icon to find the faculty member. The Name box will automatically display the name of the selected faculty member.
In the Faculty Code dropdown, select the Faculty Code which applies to the selected faculty member.
In the Email Address box enter the default e-mail address for the selected faculty member.
Click Save to save, or
Save Changes, Add New to save and add a new Faculty Member, or
Exit to cancel the changes.
To edit a faculty member:
Click edit .
You can change the Member ID.
You can change the Faculty Code.
You can change the Email Address.
Click Save to save, or
Save Changes, Add New to save and add a new Faculty Member, or
Exit to cancel the changes.
To delete a faculty member:
Find the faculty member in the grid you want to delete and click .
