You can click any blue hyperlink in a report to drill down and show more detail about that item or to act as a hyperlink (short-cut) to another report.
For example, on the Course Summary reporting page, the Enrolled column will display as a hyperlink:
By clicking on the blue field, you will be re-directed to the corresponding Class List.

Filter Trail: You can click on the filter trail to return to the filter tab and change the fund or other G/L Code and then execute the report to re-run the same report with the new filters. This avoids the need to begin at the top level and drill back down through multiple report levels when you need to change the filters. |
