Roles and using the Page Builder

In FAST Page Builder, there are specific Baseline roles for each FAST application that enable behind-the-scenes functionality such as editing and approving reporting pages.

These roles must be assigned to users within the Page Builder application. In addition, to access the page builder functionality, the users must also be granted access to the menu options in the corresponding FAST application.

If an end user is going to create their own reporting page, you can set up roles for non admin users.

Note that these roles are named with the specific application name (application) in italics following the name of the role.  For example, BUILDER_EDITOR_FASTHR or BUILDER_APPROVER_FASTFINANCE.
