Submitting grades for approval

You can submit grades for approval when you enter them or exit the application and return at a later date to submit them. After you have submitted the grades, you can access them again through the Grade Change Request process.

To submit grades for approval:

  1. Once you have completely filled in the grading spreadsheet (you may review your options to either enter your grades manually or import a graded class list from Excel), you are ready to submit.

  1. Select an approver from the list in the lower right hand corner of the page (next to the Submit button).

  2. Click Submit. The page will load and the course will now be removed from your Course List.
