Menu Access by User

To review the Menu Access in your FAST application, you can begin by running Menu Access by Role to get a firm understanding of how Menu Access is currently defined. This will show you what Roles have access to which menu items across your application. You can then run the Menu Access by User report to see which end users have access to which reports and menu items, and also which Role(s) grant them access to each of those items.

To run Menu Access by User

  1. On the Administration menu, select Information and then click Menu Access By User.

  1. You can leave the User field blank to query for all users, or refine the search by adding a user name to the search.

  2. Click Execute Report.

The Report Results page will display a list of user ID's, by application, and include the following fields:

This report can be exported to PDF, Excel or XML and/or saved as a Pinned Report.
