Version 4.9.03

 The ability for Pinned Reports to be shared with the Master Role (if it is flagged as a group) has been added.

 A new data entry page 'Add Faculty' under the Course Planning menu. This page allows users to create temporary Faculty IDs for proposed faculty who do not yet exist in primary ERP. These new temporary IDs can be used in all of Course Planning and Forecasting.

updated Employee Email, Employee Email Type, Student Email Type, Employee Preferred Email, Student Preferred Email have been added to the Personal Info report. You can adjust whether new columns and/or filters are enabled via the Administration Tab of the report.

 A new data entry page named Faculty Workload Default Rules exists under the Course Planning, Institutional Definitions menu. This page allows institutions to define their default workload requirement rules based on faculty characteristics.

FAST has added the ability to create custom AR categories for use in Student Accounts Receivable reporting.  Custom AR Category Codes and Descriptions can be created on the Student Accounts, Create AR Category page.  The new codes can be associated with detail codes on the Student Accounts, AR Category Details page.  Once custom categories are assigned to detail codes, they will display on the Student Account Balance report (Note: New columns are deselected by default).  The new codes can then be used for filtering and reporting on totals based on these custom categories determined by your institution.

You can adjust whether new columns and/or filters are enabled via the Administration Tab of the report.

updated We've added the ability to count distinct results when aggregating data via the Advanced Options tab either using a Group Function or when performing a Cross Tab.

updated Admit and Student Cohort columns have been added to the report and gilter options of the Registration report. You can adjust whether new columns and/or filters are enabled via the Administration Tab of the report.

updated Previously, course plan records were only available to be submitted for approval if a change had occurred to the record.  The ability has been added to submit for approval course plan records regardless of whether or not a change has occurred to the course information.

updated A new FAST Student to FAST Finance crosswalk column has been added to the Student to Finance FOAPAL Crosswalk page (Course Planning, Institutional Definitions menu).  This field is primarily used when pushing tuition forecasts to the budget module.

Detail code filters have been updated to work as "multi-select list" filters.  Previously they only worked as multi-search filters.

updated IMPORTANT UPDATE: The logic for selecting primary phone numbers used within student reporting (not SMS) has been updated to use the new Student Administration, Phone Groupings and Phone Grouping Types pages.  The primary phone number selected in most Student reports will use the phone type hierarchy as defined for the 'Primary' phone group within these two new data entry pages.  It is important to review this setup upon upgrade.

updated Course Long Text and Course Link ID have been made available within Enrollment Planning.  The Course Section Number field has also been updated to be editable.  You can adjust whether new columns and/or filters are enabled via the Administration Tab of the reports/data entry pages.
